A stand on your counter. They tap it, your Google review page opens. No app to install, on either side of the counter.
How it works
Counter 2Terrace
Counter 1Linked to your Google listing
Somebody comes out, links it to your Google listing and stands it by the till. Five minutes, none of them yours.
Tap it, or scan the QR printed on it. Any phone from the last few years works, and your review page opens while they are still at the counter.
Which hour, which counter, how many came back, and the file to line it up against your till.
Between the tap and the review
Their phone is already in their hand and pointed at you. For one second, or five, or anything in between, it shows whatever you want it to. Then the review page opens as normal.
Yours to write, yours to change, and skippable. Nobody is held at your screen on the way to saying something nice.
Your dashboard
A private link, no account to create. It opens on the phone in your apron pocket.
Every tap is timed to the second and named by the counter it happened on, so it joins your till export on the timestamp. The 7pm rush that leaves reviews and the 3pm one that never does are different customers.
One person tapping four times is one person. We tell them apart without knowing who any of them are. No names, no accounts.
Name each one "Front", "Terrace", "Counter 2", and see which position actually earns reviews. Move the ones that do not.
Amazon vs us
Those tags point at a short link the manufacturer owns and hosts. Whether it still works next year is their decision, and you are not who they answer to.
Nothing to renew, nothing to host, nobody to chase. It works today, it works in year three, and keeping that true is our job, not yours.
Stickers live on counters and counters get wiped. We will replace them to keep your business working.*
They all sit under one sign-in. Open another and it joins the same account. Same login, same numbers, nothing set up twice.
Another counter to cover, a device to swap, one that stopped reading. You tell us and it is handled. You never order, fit or fix anything.
Taps by day, by hour and by counter, and how many of them reached Google. A $25 tag tells you nothing at all.
No app, no account, nothing to sign up for. Every step you take out from between the counter and the review is another review you get.

Weighted, upright, hard to knock over and hard to miss. For the counter people queue at.

A stand for the counter they queue at, a coated sticker for the surfaces that get wiped down twice a day, a plain one for every table in the room. Whatever yours looks like, there is a version of us that fits it.

Tapping works on every iPhone since the 7 and effectively every Android sold in years. Anything older, or anyone who would rather not tap, scans the QR printed on the same one. Nothing to install either way.
No, and nobody can. Anyone promising that is describing something Google bans, and it can cost you your listing. All it does is open your review page. What gets written is between the customer and Google.
Tell us and we bring a new one, at no charge.* You never pay twice for the same counter, and there is nothing for you to order, fit or throw away.
$8 once, which covers coming out and setting you up. After that it is from $5 a month. A small sticker is the cheapest and a stand is the most. No contract and no minimum term, so you can stop whenever you like.
Miami-Dade now and Broward next. Anywhere else in Florida, ask and we will tell you honestly.
