An agreement between Pipi Reviews LLC ("we") and the business subscribing ("you"). Plain language on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask before you sign up rather than after.
A tap-to-review service: physical NFC tags on your counter that open your Google review page, a private dashboard showing tap activity, and support.
This is the part people get wrong, so it is first.
The stands and stickers remain our property for the whole time. You are given them to use for as long as you subscribe — a comodato, a loan for use. You do not buy them, you do not rent them, and no part of your monthly payment is a payment for the equipment.
Monthly in advance, by card, through Stripe. Prices are shown before you agree and quoted before tax. If a payment fails we will retry, tell you, and eventually suspend the tags — they stop opening your review page until it is settled.
Cancel any time; the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months unless the law requires it. After that we arrange collection of the hardware.
We put customers in front of your Google review page. We do not promise reviews, ratings, or business outcomes, and nobody honestly can.
We never filter, gate, intercept, or alter a review. We do not decide who is allowed to leave one. Every tap goes to the same public page. Anyone offering to suppress bad reviews is offering something Google forbids, and it is not what this is.
Every shop gets a private page showing the taps its devices are getting. The link is the key — there is no password, so treat it the way you would treat a key: anyone you send it to can see that shop's figures. Ask us to replace it and the old one stops working immediately.
You can also sign in with the phone number or email on the shop, which keeps several shops together and gets them back if you lose the link. Signing in is optional; the link works on its own.
Our messaging programme is PipiReviews Sign-In Codes. It sends one kind of text and no other: a sign-in code, at the moment you ask for one. There is no recurring programme, no marketing, and no alerts. We do not sell or share your number, and replying STOP to any message stops them.
Everything else we need to tell you about your account, including a payment that did not go through, is sent by email.
A number an operator typed when your shop was set up is not an opt-in. It receives nothing until you ask for a code yourself.
Carriers require a messaging programme to publish its own terms, so how often messages arrive, what they cost, how you opt in and how we record that are set out in our SMS Terms rather than repeated here. Where the two could be read differently, the SMS Terms are the ones that govern the messages.
The tag pages and this site are served by Cloudflare, and the availability we can promise is the availability they provide to us — no more, because we cannot conjure uptime our own host does not give us, and no less, because we are not going to hide behind a supplier.
In practice that is very high, and a tap continues to work during most problems: the redirect is cached at the edge, so a customer usually reaches your review page even when parts of our system are unavailable.
What we do not promise is that Google's review page will always be reachable, or that your listing will always exist. That end belongs to Google.
Where an outage is genuinely ours and materially affects you, tell us and we will credit the affected time.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
We may change these terms and will tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance; if you do not accept, cancel.
